Two small programs in Mesa. A hybrid learning lab for grades 6–12 and a multi-age microschool for grades K–5. Students work independently, but never alone.

A learning coach tracks progress daily, holds students accountable, celebrates wins, and steps in fast when something goes sideways.

We keep enrollment small on purpose. Students are known by name, build real friendships, and belong somewhere.
A week at the Learning Lab.
Flexible, with structure you can see. Learning Lab students are on campus Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Fridays are coursework from home.
Coursework, one-on-one check-ins, goals set for the week.
Focused work time with a coach in the room.
Community & Innovation Day. Seminars and team projects.
Progress review, catch-up blocks, art studio time.
Independent coursework. Clear expectations, checked Monday.
For the first 30 days every Learning Lab student attends all four campus days while we build routines and relationships. After that, students who show responsibility and steady progress can earn more remote flexibility. Visual arts run alongside the academic day for students who are ahead, need a break from the screen, or want to build a portfolio. An elective art credit is available.
Community & Innovation Day
Every Wednesday the whole Learning Lab is on campus together. Mornings are interactive seminars: communication, leadership, character, financial literacy, goal setting, problem solving.
Afternoons are large-scale real projects. Solving an actual community problem, making a product, running an event, launching a small business. Every student has a defined role and the team needs them to do it.

Students who need to move at their own speed but still need structure, accountability, and someone checking in.
Independent, not isolated
Students who can drive their own learning but do not want to do it by themselves at the kitchen table.

One multi-age community. Four days on campus, with an optional fifth.
Children learn in one multi-age group rather than separate grade-level classrooms, so a student can sit in a reading group above their grade and a math group below it in the same morning. Every child gets mentors and someone to teach.
The day is built around small-group targeted instruction, collaborative projects, and independent work matched to where each child actually is. Class size stays intentionally small so every child is known, supported, and pushed.
